How do I return my package?
It is crucial that the product is unopened for it to be eligible for return.
Send your package within the 14-day return period and follow these instructions:

I have returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Once the track & trace of the return package confirms delivery to us, it may take up to 14 working days to process. Upon processing, the purchase amount will be refunded to the bank or credit card account used for the original order within 14 working days.
If you offer a free shipping code, does it apply to returns?
With free shipping, we cover the outbound cost of €7.25 to the courier. However, we do not reimburse the return cost in case of returns.
How can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, exchanging items is not possible. You can return your item and place a new order instead.
What should I do if I received a defective item?
You can return the defective item, and we will either refund you or send you a replacement. Please contact us via email in such cases.

Can I modify my order?
Once an order is in process or likely already shipped, modifications are not possible. You can only cancel the order by emailing info@myroyalbaby.nl (if not yet processed) and then place a new order. Adding items is not feasible due to the need for a new payment request linked to shipping, which would incur multiple shipping charges.
I haven't received a confirmation email yet?
Sometimes, the confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. Ensure your email address is correctly entered during the ordering process. If you haven't received a confirmation but the amount has been deducted from your bank account, it means we have received the order and will proceed accordingly. The order number can be found on your bank statement. If in doubt, please contact us.
Is it possible to make purchases via the webshop and collect them?
This is not possible.
Why do I need to pay delivery costs?
When you place an order via the webshop, we hire a parcel service to pick up and process orders, which incurs costs. We use PostNL for this purpose. The parcel first goes to a sorting center, then to a center in your province, and finally to your home address.
How long does it take to receive my tracking link?
Once the parcel is scanned at the PostNL sorting center, the email with the track & trace link is automatically sent as soon as it is processed there.
Why do items sell out so quickly?
It's a popular product with long lead times due to production scheduling.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an additional option and service for our customers. When there is high demand for an item, we often receive inquiries about its availability and the possibility to reserve it in advance. If feasible after contacting our supplier, we offer a "pre-order." These hot items are not immediately available, but you can pre-purchase the upcoming stock. Availability is limited, and we provide an estimated delivery time, though this is never 100% certain due to various production factors.
I purchased an item that is now on sale; can I get a refund for the price difference?
No, unfortunately, sales start on a specific date and apply from that date onward, not retroactively.
Can sale items be returned?
You can return sale items online unless they are seasonal, unusually discounted, or discounted by 50% or more, due to potential return costs.
