Ordering, Payment & Returns

We process orders quickly, but in some cases changes may still be possible. Please email customerservice@myroyalbaby.nl as soon as possible with your order number to ask about the options.

At the moment you can pay with iDEAL, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), UnionPay, PayPal and Visa.

All payment options are visable on our product page, in your shopping cart and at checkout.

Yes. All payments on our website are processed via secure payment providers and an SSL encrypted connection. Your payment details are never stored by us.

After completing your payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email at the address linked to your order. If you have not received an email, please contact us via customerservice@myroyalbaby.nl and include your first and last name. We will be happy to assist you.

Yes, that is possible. Invoices are not sent automatically. You can request an invoice by emailing customerservice@myroyalbaby.nl with your order number.

Shipping heavily depends on where you are buying from. Orders above €50 get free shipping in NL & BE. Orders above €150 get free shipping in the rest of Europe.

The average delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on demand and promotions. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact customerservice@myroyalbaby.nl with your order number. We are happy to help.

As soon as your order has left our shipping location, you will receive a track and trace link from the carrier by email. If you have not received a tracking link, please contact customerservice@myroyalbaby.nl and include your order number.

Occasionally, an order may be delayed due to high demand at the carrier or at MyRoyalBaby. We always aim to ship orders within the indicated delivery time.

If delivery takes longer than expected, please contact customerservice@myroyalbaby.nl and include your order number. We will gladly look into it for you.

Yes, it is possible to return an order provided the product is unopened and undamaged. You can register your return via this link.

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original order.

Our products are developed with carefully selected, mild and as natural as possible ingredients. We use a minimal formulation, making them suitable for sensitive skin.

For specific allergies, we always recommend checking the ingredient list per product.

Yes. All our products are dermatologically tested.

Our products contain no alcohol and no aggressive perfumes. All ingredients are consciously selected and explained on the product page.

Yes. All our formulas are plastic free.

Besides the ingredients, our wipes are unique because of their size. Our wipes are on average 3 times larger and 2 times thicker than regular wipes.

Because of their size, the price per pack may give a misleading impression. If you compare based on square meters, our wipes are among the most affordable options. Due to their size, you often only need one wipe, even for heavier diaper changes.

Yes. Our products are safe for both children and adults. They can be used while showering, bathing or for refreshing yourself.


We often hear that adults use our wipes in situations where showering is not always possible, for example for mobility limitations.

Subscriptions

For our wipes, you can choose a subscription. On the product page, select the desired quantity and delivery frequency. After subscribing, the payment will be automatically charged and the order will be created automatically.

Within the subscription, you can adjust the number of wipes. Other products cannot currently be added. This can be modified via this page.

The payment is automatically charged on the date you originally started your subscription.

Account

No, creating an account is not required. You can also place an order as a guest. With an account, you can easily view your orders and personal details.

You can create an account during checkout or via the account page on our website. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

Go to the account page and select “forgot password.” You will receive an email to set a new password. If you have not received an email, please also check your spam folder.

Promotions & Offers

We offer several seasonal promotions each year. We also provide a standard discount with subscriptions and bundle pricing. In some collaborations with influencers, a discount code may be available.

You can enter your discount code during checkout. Make sure you use the correct code and that it applies to the selected products. If it does not work, please contact customerservice@myroyalbaby.nl.

The code may have expired or your order may not meet the conditions. If you cannot apply a code, please contact customerservice@myroyalbaby.nl.

Only one discount code can be used per order. It is not possible to combine discounts or apply discount codes to subscriptions.
