You have the right to withdraw items in your order within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may use the withdrawal form on this page, although this is not mandatory. Every order has a return form and we advise to use the form included.

If your order has already been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled before delivery. In such cases, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days after receiving the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursements will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return Conditions

You must return the goods within fourteen (14) days of informing us of your decision to withdraw.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, baby wipes, personal care products, and other hygiene-related products where the seal or packaging has been opened after delivery.

Non-hygiene products, such as gift bags and organizer bags, may be returned within the withdrawal period. Customers may inspect these products as they would in a physical store. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be deducted from the refund.
