Return & Refund Policy
We do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If something is not as expected, we are here to help.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.

The product should be returned in its original condition where reasonably possible.

The product must be suitable for resale.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned. This exception is made in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation regarding sealed hygiene products. This includes opened packs of wipes and other sealed personal care products.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time is typically 5 to 10 working days after approval.
In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will also refund the standard delivery costs originally paid for the order. Additional delivery costs resulting from a shipping method other than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.
If only part of an order is returned, the original shipping costs may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

The product arrived damaged.

An error was made in your order.
How to return an order
To return your order, please follow the steps below carefully.
Start your return
You can find the return information within your order. You may also use our Withdrawal Form, although this is not mandatory.
Prepare your return
Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging where possible and ensure they are properly protected during transport.
Please note that opened or unsealed hygiene products, including wipes, cannot be returned.
Send your package
Make sure your return is shipped within the 14-day withdrawal period. Returns received outside this period may not be eligible for a refund.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an order.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Subscriptions
Additional conditions apply to subscription orders:

Orders that have already been processed may no longer be cancelled before shipment.

After delivery, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Subscription orders that have been delivered cannot be returned if the product has been opened or used.

Cancelling your subscription will stop future deliveries but does not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped.
